Supplements

Supplements have become a staple in many people's homes to help support nutrition, immune support, and overall health. While you can purchase them at many stores and online vendors it is important to make sure your supplements are high quality. Many companies will not sell through amazon so when you see their products, they are being sold third party. This means, we don’t know how they have been stored or for how long. These factors affect the quality and I want nothing but the best for my patients. After years of practice, I have come to trust a couple of great sources:

Thorne

Thorne supplements are one of the most trusted brands on the market. They partner with the Mayo Clinic, Helsinn HealthCare, and multiple US professional teams to provide safe and natural supplements. Their doctors are amazing and always available to answer questions that I may not be able to answer.

Fullscript

Fullscript is a dispensary and access point to many supplement brands that are only sold through health care practitioners. You will find a list of my favorite brands and supplements as well as have access to many other trusted companies.

Doterra

Doterra is not just an oil company. They have amazing supplements including daily multivitamins for children and adults, sleep, mood, digestive, detoxification, and cellular support.

Ear Seeds

The ear is a map of the entire body and stimulating points on the ear has a therapeutic effect elsewhere in your body. It is often compared to reflexology, but on the ear. Using ear seeds can help with many health conditions. Check out the kits for  specific conditions.
